Intense cherry and violet tones that show its freshness . Predominance of fruit aromas such as blackberries and plums with slight hint of liquorice , Fresh and chirpy . The mouth is sweet and fresh because of the harmony between sweetness and acid balance . Smooth tannin notes round off to leave a wine of great finish . Long lasting finish at the end of mouth . The vineyards are at 800 metres above sea level , with a very cold winter and dry summer . Warm by day and cool at night , therefore the grapes mature very slowly . The grapes are whole bunched pressed.

Food Pairing : Suitable to pair with Mala hotpot and spicy dishes from Sichuan , Hunan or Hubei . Can also pair with sweet desserts and chocolates
